We will have 1 room available on Feb 1st. $1,000 monthly for a single person, or 1,200 for coupled pair; 600 deposit and Roomies background check required. It is a lrg room size with large closet (not a walkin). Rent Includes water, gas, elect, trash, sanitation, and wifi. Comes fully furnished. Use of upper deck full access. Queen bed, dressers, lighting, nightstands are very nice and pending delivery. The home is very large; and has onsite laundry. The upper 1st floor patio and toilet room is available to all. One full bathroom on 2nd story will be shared one other roommate. Bathroom is a few steps from both rental rooms On site laundry will be on a stricked day assignment schedule. House area is close to bus stop, close to Lake Gregory, and to Goodwins.

Married for 25 years; grown children live elsewhere. We are quite and reserved. We smoke, but must do so outside on patio. We have 4 cats that are well behaved, but we are NOT allowing new pets without approval. Parking is on the street and is good and safe; excellent neighborhood in Crestline Arrowhead Heights. We also have snowblower and generator for those unfortunate weather days. Central heat and air are set to reasonable indoor conditioning. Access to; laundry as scheduled, house living room, formal dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.
