Gaston Place Drive

The space you’ll be in is 3 rooms in total, 2 large bedrooms and a smaller, yet still decently sized living area. The bathroom is right outside the living area. The other half of the house (main living room/kitchen/dining room) is just down a short hallway. The other tenant is in the Master bedroom on the other side of the house with their own Ensuite bathroom. Since my(your) half of the house technically has 2 bedrooms and a living room of its own, the main livingroom next to the kitchen is part of the other tenant’s half of the house.

The house actually has 2 units, A and B. This unit (Unit B) has this space you’ll be in, and the Master bedroom. Unit A is a smaller unit and is occupied. The tenant in Unit A is friendly.

This is NOT subleasing, once we’ve talked a bit, I’ll be putting you in contact with the landlord. You will ultimately be put onto the lease along with the other tenant.

I’m Dillon, I’m actually moving out of the house soon, and it’s my space that you’ll be moving into! Stephanie is the other tenant in Unit B. I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible after I move out, which will hopefully be sometime early January.

Stephanie is really nice and understanding, mainly sticks to herself but also likes to hang out in the living room and in the back yard.

Ashley is the tenant in Unit A, she pretty much just sticks to herself and doesn’t interact with us at all. She’s on her own lease that is completely separate from ours.
