Janaya's room

Room along with private bath but shared shower your welcome to the living room comfort. The room can be furnished if needed. Outside there’s a patio with a fire pit. Along with dining. I forgot to mention there’s free parking. Almost everything is included except electric. Everything is close by, restaurants, groceries, emergency room, gym, gas stations, library, river, auto part store, fire hall, church, etc. All within 3-7 mins. The airport is less than 20 mins from this location. Downtown Charlotte is 25-30 mins in distance. And Northlake shopping mall/center is 16-18 mins away.

It’s just my boyfriend and I plus our dog that lives here, we’re laid back, in our early 20s we’re looking for roommates around our age. The two of us are busy people so we’re mostly working. We don’t party regularly. It’s once in a blue moon. We like to stay relatively clean. We are picky about dishes laying in the sink. Other than that we are outdoorsy ppl more myself than my partner. I like to go kayaking and gardening/traveling, while my boyfriend enjoys gaming and working on cars.
