The apartment is 1240sqft with lots of open common areas and counter space - which is really nice when living with two other people. You’ll have your own room and share a large bathroom with one of the roommates. Also, as soon as your name is on the lease, you’ll get your own parking pass - every lease holder gets one - there is also tons of overflow parking for guests! The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so please keep that in mind. Even with that minor inconvenience, the location really makes up for it! It’s a 20 minute commute from Monroe Park but less than 3 minutes from various food places, 5 minutes from Food Lion, and 7 minutes from John Tyler Community College; also 3 minutes from I95!

What we’re looking for in a roommate: We’re looking for someone who is clean! We value keeping the common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and tidy, you never know when a guest is coming over!

Both roommates are in their early to mid 20s. One is a recent graduate and the other is a working professional, both friendly, clean, and responsible with rent payment! Aside from school and work, they both love listening to all kinds of music, cooking, thrifting, and spending time with friends!
