About the room
The apartment has great amenities including multiple grills in the pool area, a 2 story gym, and a dog park. The retail space on the first floor has multiple restaurants both causal and fine dining options, a dry cleaner, a tailor, and a nail saloon. Management is very good and always on top of any situation that may arise with on-site 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. Security is great the apartment has a key less entry fob system and a gated parking deck with a roving security guard.
I live with my girlfriend and we will share the master bedroom. You will have the room connected to the guest bathroom. The 3rd room will be used as an office/ workout room which you are welcome to utilize. I cook a good home cooked meal most every night and you are welcome to eat with us as long as you chip in for groceries. We have AT&T u-verse for internet and cable which is not included in the rent. Our utilities are power and water no gas which is not included in the rent. The kitchen is outfitted with nice updated appliances which function perfectly and we also have a full-size washer and dryer.
We can split the rent evenly 3 ways and are looking to move into the new apartment very soon. We have all the furniture need for the living and dinning room area and may bring in some work out equipment for the extra room. We are looking for a quite and clean room mate that keeps to him/herself and 420 friendly is a must!
