About the room
It’s got lots of space. I’ve rented to a number of young professionals who live and work in the downtown community. Most of the roommates are medical professionals or young professionals working in the downtown area. The loft has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms. The rooms upstairs are rented and share a bathroom… so the room downstairs is open and HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM.
Room can come furnished or unfurnished.
The room requires a 6. month commitment… but there is no penalty for breaking the lease as long as a 2-month notice is given.
About the roomies
