Carol's room

Room for Rent in Henrico County, VA (near Short Pump). Private room with decent closet space. Will have own full sized bathroom. The bedroom has bed and dresser but these can be removed. Shared kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, getting new dishwasher, garbage disposal. Use of full size washer and dryer. There are 2 shared living areas downstairs along with 1/2 bath. Will have own parking space near other visitor spaces. Pay 1/2 utilities including electric, water (every 2 months), wifi/internet and Netflix.

I live here with my dog, Emma (Jack Russell Terrier) is friendly once she gets to know you but may not get along with other dogs or cats at this time. I prefer to have a mature female roommate but males also considered, non-smoker (or only smoke outside)
