5 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 4 roommates. Located right beside campus on N Morris St, 1 block away from the Academic Learning Center, with a 2 minute walk to Grace Harris Hall. The apartment does have parking spots available for additional fee. We do have a pet cat.

There are 4 other roommates that are living in the apartment. 3 attend VCU, one senior, 2 juniors. Art major, chemical engineering, and a jazz major, and the fourth roommate works full time. Everyone is open to communication and will do their best to make sure that everyone is comfortable. There is a pet cat that is allowed around the apartment.
