The 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom house located in safe area in park place! The house comes with a big driveway to avoid street parking. The house has a security system for extra peace of mind. The home has 2 dogs and would prefer if a 3rd pet didn’t move in. There are 3 bills that are split between the people living at the home. The room(s) are unfurnished but the rest of the home is furnished. Taking out the trash, mowing the lawn, and cleaning the communal areas are considered shared responsibilities between everyone living in the home. The house is located 5 minutes away from downtown Norfolk & NSU. 10 minutes away from ODU & EVMS and 25 minutes away from oceanfront. In person tours are available in the mornings or evenings.
