Our lovely hillside Spanish-style home offers tranquil spaces, convenience, and spectacular views.

A private entrance brings you into a bright and spacious living area equipped to help you feel more at home. Down the hall, a cozy room perfect for unwinding and restful sleep offers a full closet and dimmable lighting. Your own space of approximately 350 sq ft includes a king and a queen bed, smart TVs, one full bathroom, one compact fridge and freezer unit (3.1 Cu. Ft,) coffee & tea options and wifi. As an optional amenity at no extra cost, a full kitchen provides access to a commercial range and stunning views. The kitchen is a shared space within the main house.

The property offers views of the San Diego foothills, iconic Cowles mountain, and coastal sunsets over the summer. Out in the yard you will find a custom built gym/fitness floor and turf terrace, a lovely pergola with swings, a patio with a full sized table and scattered freestanding swinging chairs for relaxation. Explore the rest of the property to reconnect with nature and indulge in delicious fruits, nuts, and herbs provided by the land.

As two passionate health and fitness professionals, we offer private personalized coaching to all our guests. Of course, this is not required in order to access the fitness area. We believe in an active lifestyle and encourage all of our guests to use the outdoor amenities.

My wife and I own the property and live in the other side of the house. We travel a lot and enjoy upgrading the property when we are in town.

We are quiet, clean, and enjoy using the outdoor space often!
