Private bedroom available in a 4Bed 3.5Bath 3-story townhome within a gated community. Bedroom and shared bathroom are on the second floor. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. In-unit laundry on second floor. Kitchen, office/entry-room, half bathroom, and furnished living room on first floor. Furnished back patio as well. Townhome is 5 min drive away from Costco, Chipotle, Starbucks, among other popular food places. Great/safe scenic biking trails nearby.

You would have 3 female housemates. We are all in our early-mid twenties. We all work full time and one roommate is also a student. We are usually busy during the day but gather for roommate dinners and outings a few times per month.
