Live in a huge guarded, private gated safe community in the 33431 area.Tri Rial trail right across the street from the property, and Tri Rial train station right across the main intersection next to 95 just down at the traffic light. Near FAU and the airport.Military and Spanish River are the major streets around here, but NW 5TH is the main road. Share the house with a young well mannered single male, no kids,no wife,no drama,no one else in the house,you will have your own room,professionally driven, well kept,responsible, not a party or loud kind of guy. I get along with everyone. Company usually gravitates to me because of my sense of humor, getting along will not be a problem nor will you feel awkward around me. Mr fix it and mechanically inclined better than any so called dealership mechanic or specialist, lol. If you have car problems I can probably help. College students welcome as their education is their motivation and the college being near by is a great commute. Younger professionals are also welcome. All I ask is no party people, clean up after yourself, be sanitary, respectful around each other and respect the move in rules. I ask that you please not have any drug addictions, be an alcoholic or violent person. House rules are please make sure you turn off electronics after use, hair dryer, curler, stove, oven. Please do not invite large amounts of people over at one time as there is a party limit of guests allowed per property, if you have a partner visiting they must meet me and may not sleep over at night, it just prevents a lot of problems from developing, please remember, you are sharing the home.I dont mind anyone’s sexual preference, I am very understanding and have friends here in Florida from different walks of life.Two parking space driveway with garage, washer and dryer, front yard and porch with rear screened balcony. There are two pools, p.m times are strict, there are both basketball and tennis courts, walking brush trail and lake. Full kitchen as well as use of the living room area, theatre projector, balcony and of course the dinner table and coffee table. The second bedroom has a large closet, room will be emptied for you to furnish as your liking and the gym equipment will be put on the balcony, so you have free use of the gym equipment too. You may have a private lock and key for your room, I just ask if you have ANY medical condition such as asthma to please have an emergency key. While on that topic please have an emergency person of contact as well. We will share the fridge space, dont worry about me taking your food, I dont do that lol. Don’t find it odd if I order Chinese or pizza from time to time on me. No kids or pets allowed I am truly sorry. As for the house you will never be bored you will have the theatre projector in the living room with a wide selection of movies, shows, documentaries, exploring the community pools, courts, lake, trails,biking,walking,rollerblading etc.. There is no internet here, you will have to use your own mobile hot spot or cell internet source. There is basic cable here but I have not bought the antenna to hook up. You will have your own private bathroom and shower. Cathedral ceiling decent two person house space but nothing really huge. No criminal background please, unless its simple tickets. Rent is 1250 a month due before the 1st, month to month is ok. Must have your own bank account and bank checks with MEMO fully visible for virtual deposit to pay the rent.NO CASH.
