Hi, I’m moving into a 2x2 apartment on Jan 14 and I’m looking for a female roommate. The available room has a bathroom that is right outside. The apartment is unfurnished, comes with kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, a 2nd floor patio, fireplace in living room, and free parking right outside the building. There is a nice walking trail next to the building and we are on the TXST shuttle route. There is also a basketball court and 2 pools. The apartment complex has a chill vibe. It isn’t student housing, but some students do live there. I mainly chose this place due to the great management and the safety.

First months rent is $352 (prorated) Monthly rent is $590 not including utilities

I’m a grad student and sometimes work from home. I’m tidy, quiet, and respectful of my roommates and I expect the same in return. I have a sweet 4 yr old cat, but he doesn’t do well with other pets so no fur babies please. Please reach out if interested!
