Sjenna's room

This is a 4 bedroom two bathroom home. The upper level has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The lower level has two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and living room. Rent is $850 a month. The Utility bills final amount monthly are split between all the roommates. There is street parking and a huge fenced in backyard. Household chores are shared between the roommates. The household cleaning supplies are split between all the roommates monthly. Your personal products will be your own responsibility. Everything in the kitchen including food and drinks are shared. If you buy something you do not want to share youll just put your name on it.

Currently there are three of us in the home. Two of us work full time and one of us is disabled. There are two females and one male. I have two young boys who travel between their dads house and my house. This home is a kid friendly home and welcomes children of the other roommates. Its very quiet, we keep to ourselves and the home is kept clean and in good condition. We are very friendly and laid back individuals. Do not like any drama, no fighting, or destruction of property.
