Hi! My name is Merin Rogers, and I am looking for a female roommate in the Lakeway/Beecaves area. It is a 3 bedroom (one room will be an office/guest room), 2 bathroom, 15 month lease, with a small yard, and a one car garage. Whoever takes the second room, will have their own bathroom and both closets from the non-master rooms. The rent is about $1,150 each (without utilities) and at Cielo apartments. The property has two gyms, two pools, and a clubhouse with a beautiful view! The lease starts on January 29th and the application fee is 55.

A bit about me-I am 31 years old, a teacher, and a big dog person. I have two small dogs, 7 and 9, so unfortunately, I will not be able to room with anyone with a dog as the lease only allows for two. I’m very chill during the week and looking for someone who is low key during the week as well. On the weekends I do love to get out in nature, brunch, and go to the occasional beer garden. I would look for a roommate who is interested in being roomies and friends, who would like to get out and explore the area/make friends in the area.
