Bedroom is 12x13 with single door clothes closet, new hard surface vinyl plank flooring and freshly painted walls. King or queen bed fits fine in the room. House is an all-brick bi-level, in a fantastic neighborhood, on quiet, dead-end street with lots of trees. Room is for 1 individual person. Shared bathroom.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT…ATT UVERSE HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET, WASHER/DRYER, electric, gas, water, etc.

$480 rent and $480 refundable security deposit to move in, non-negotiable. Background and credit check mandatory as per City of Collinsville Crime Free Housing ordinance.

Furnished living room with 55“ flat screen TV and sectional sofa. Laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen with major appliances, full bath in hallway.

Prefer college students and/or military, but open to anyone who is courteous and reliable with rent, with steady employment and strong references.

Month to month lease. We work, go to school, and sleep, so the house is usually quiet, and not a place for parties. NO PETS. House is co-ed, though currently all males.

NO smoking indoors. SIUE is 12 minutes away, straight down 157. Downtown St. Louis is about 15 minutes away, SLU is about 20. 15 minutes to Fairview Heights and the mall. Great location, great house.
