Beaux's room

A 1 bedroom with an attached private bathroom will be available in a 2 bed and 3 bath apartment in the lovely and friendly Lakewood Neighborhood for lease starting Jan 1st, 2023, till July 31, 2023 * (the lease can also start as late as February 1, 2023 if needed!). Please note, I live with a well-tempered cat who will keep mostly to my room and occasionally spends time in the living room or kitchen when I am in that area.

The apartment is very spacious with wood floors and is semi-furnished (living room and dining room is furnished). In the vicinity, you have access by-foot to beautiful walking trails and a 5 minute walk to Cocoa Cinnamon. Free parking is available.

The apartment is also equipped with a washer, dryer unit, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave.

The rent for the apartment is $1395 split in two ($697.5 each* I will be paying a separate $25 pet fee). In addition, the utility charges will apply, and the house is equipped with Wi-fi

I have lived in Durham for over two years and I am a recent graduate from Duke University. I spend my free time biking around Durham, exploring trails in Duke Forest, reading books at local coffee shops, cooking meals, and spending time with my close friends in the area. I work for a non-profit organization in Global Health based in Washington D.C., which means I mostly work from home during the week in my bedroom. I love fostering a warm and loving home environment, but I also respect the importance of having privacy in one’s home. I also live with my hilarious and friendly cat Bean(!), who is not afraid to snuggle you for attention.
