I am looking to rent the other bedroom In my 2 bedrooms appartement .

The apartment is located in the booming neighborhood of Washington heights with tons of restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, coffee shops etc…

163rd street and broadway. Only few block away frm the Presbyterian hospital. 1, C and A express train who takes you to Times Square in 20 mins

The appartement itself is big and furnished with a lot of natural light in the 5th floor walk up.

The room I am renting is the empty one appearing in the pictures. The room I occupy is not shown. I can also provide a video tour of the place.

About me: French male in my 30’s managing a restaurant. I am very busy with work and I like to come home to a peaceful and quiet environment.

About you: you are looking for a quiet place to call home. You are mature and drama free. You are clean and you pay your rent on time. I’m ideally looking for somebody with daytime hours as I am Mostly working on the evening.

I am asking for first month and a month deposit along with state/passport ID. $2480 total to move in.
