I’m a tenant looking for a roommate or two to renew the lease in February for a one year term with me. WOMEN ONLY. Total rent is $2,300 so rent can be split between two for $1150 or $767 for three of us. I have one cat. The landlord allows pets and will use Zillow’s rental application to do a credit and background check.

I had roommates last year and am looking for roommates to renew the lease since Knoxville rent has increased. I have a boyfriend who will occasionally visit, but I will mainly be out of the house. I also have two cats. My mess is always cleaned.

For one roommate, rent is $1,150. For two roommates, rent is $767.

Utilities to be split and paid by tenant(s). Lawn care, ADT security system, and pest control are included with rent. No smoking. Pets allowed with $300 refundable security deposit and $25/mth pet rent. Potential tenants with a credit score 650+, solid work history and good rental references will be considered.
