The whole house (2bed 2bath) is recently renovated, so it’s all very clean and new. The room is massive, well lit (4 windows!), has built-in shelves/desk, has ample closet space, and has a private bathroom. Bathroom has a jacuzzi, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Shared kitchen is massive with island, oven/stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Shared living room is also massive and well lit. There’s a little back patio/lanai with a sink and washer+dryer, as well as hose connections for watering plants or washing your feet after a long day at the beach.

The neighborhood has it all - 5 minute walk from Safeway grocery, 15 minute walk from Waikiki and the beach, <5 minute walk from tons of restaurants, <5 minute walk to 2 bike share stations and multiple bus stops. Even though the house is close to the energetic Kapahulu Avenue, the street is quiet at night. As a bonus, there’s a view of the peak of diamond head right from the front porch!

Your future roommate Eric loves to surf, go on hikes, go out to eat, and just hang out. He’s a regular member at the shore surf club, which is where he’s made some of his best friends. When he’s not out socializing or surfing, he’s working hard at his remote job in his room. He’s clean, respectful, and communicative, and looking for a social roommate who’s down to make some memories.
