About the room
We are looking to rent out two rooms in our 3300SQFT home to ideally a couple or female. It comes with a private connected bathroom.
The price is for both rooms together, there is a lot of space in the house we don’t use.
The first room is about 10.5x20. The second room is about 11x19. There is a private connected bathroom to the room.
There is also another full bath upstairs that goes mostly unused if everyone wants to take a shower at the same time separately.
The house is large by my standards (5 bedrooms, pool, spa (hot tub)).
We are pet friendly. Our dog (Jay) loves company (cats and dogs)!
Happy to consider different price points within reason for the right match. Will consider a single woman as well for less $$ if we vibe well.
About the roomies
Married couple from California. Tim is 27, Katie is 28.
There is no requirement to socialize but our primary goal is to make friends. Tim works from home as a Data Analytics Manager, Katie is a Speech Therapist.
The only people who live in the house right now are myself and my husband.
