Private bedroom and attached bath in 3 bedroom house in Palisade. Private laundry room attached as well. Clean, well taken care of and walking distance to downtown Palisade. No drugs and not interested in lots of partying. Room is fully furnished as is the rest of the home. Kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cookware, etc that you will have access to. Smart TV in living room along with wood burning stove and all wood provided. WI-FI is fast, reliable, and included in rent. Great backyard with outdoor dining on patio and fire pit area. I could potentially rent a second bedroom and second dedicated bathroom if you’re interested in that. The rent for both beds/baths would be $2000/month.

I’m clean, respectful, hard working and easy to get along with. I am only in the home 3-5 nights per month when I am in town to work for a local fire department. Other than those nights you will have the house to yourself - that’s why the room is priced the way it is. I’m looking for someone who will take good care of the place
