Condo is a 2 brd 2 bath, each room has private bathroom and closet. The bedroom does not have a TV, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
No smoking/vaping of any kind allow inside the unit or patio area.

The place has new appliance, quartz counter tops, and has it’s own water filter for the entire unit.
The Condo is on the first floor and parking right outside the back door gate, easy to come in and out with items, groceries, etc.
3 miles from Galleria, 2 miles from Uptown and 10 minutes car drive into downtown during Traffic hours. 15 mins into the Medical Center. 10 minutes car drive to Memorial City Mall/ City Center Shopping area.
Rent due the 1st of each month. Leasing can be for 3 months up to one year.
About the roomies
