Nice apartment in Castle Rock, you get your own room/bathroom, apartment is 1,000sq ft i think, room easily fits queen bed/dresser/desk/shelves and closet is walk-in! I have 2 cats so unfortunately no other pets allowed! All bills included in the $1000, I can break down bills in DMs! Apartments are right by the mall, grocery store, doctors, and a bunch of other things! YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY THROUGH THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND GET APPROVED!

It’s only me and my two cats here! Cats are very nice and will cuddle you if you want them to :) I’m a very chill person that mostly keeps to my room but I sometimes like to hang in the living room/with you (if you wish!). I also like to cook and will often ask if you’d like me to cook for you as well. I promise I’m good at it lol! I don’t mind anyone telling me their personal preferences in terms of rules, my only rules are to be relatively clean (no one if perfect and I can be a little forgetful myself xD), pay rent on time, and just overall be respectful. I have been burned by too many roommates and I just want someone who will respect me as much as I do them!
