Hi there, My name is Kristen and I am looking for one clean, responsible, quiet, and well-mannered roommate to fill a spacious sunny room in a co-living household apartment. If you like meeting new people, while enjoying your own peace–this is for you.

The apartment is located in the heart of San Francisco, with convenient transportation. The N Judah MUNI line right in front, and multiple bus lines (43, 36, 7, 33, 37) all within walking distance.

I have been living here for all my life and love it! The location is such a hidden gem–with everything you need nearby. If you like getting morning coffee, doing grocery runs, gym sessions, nice walks, and scenery, local events, occasional fancy dinners, and easy access to a diverse food hub whenever you’re craving anything then this is one is for you:

A bit about the room & apartment:

• The room for rent is fully furnished with an individual sink included.
• Apartment has two floors, the first floor has a spacious furnished kitchen and dining area, and the second floor has a living room. All open area floors are newly renovated wood floors. 2 full shared bathrooms (one on each floor). Coin-operated washer and dryer in apt.

House rules: Management is super responsive and has a few rules for all roommates here. Quiet hours 10pm - 8am No pets. No smoking. Looking for one person only.
