I am looking to rent a private bedroom with an attached bath in a newly built luxurious house in Pineville, close to I-77 and I-485. A couple of miles from Carolina Place shopping mall. Charlotte International Airport and Charlotte downtown are only 20 mins away. The house is 3500 sq ft and the private bedroom is 173 sq ft. The community has 2 outdoor swimming pools.

About me: I am a professional, full-time employed, single gay male 40, currently working from since the pandemic. I do not do drugs, do not party, rarely consume alcohol, and like the house peaceful. I am NOT looking for roommate-with-benefits. The attached pictures are of the house itself except the furniture which I upgraded with high-end quality.

If interested, please tell me about yourself, your occupation, hobbies, and the expected move-in date and duration. Prefer 6-months minimum and then month-to-month thereafter.

About yourself: You should be full-time employed, no pets, good credit history, good rental history, no criminal background, no drugs, no excessive alcohol, and no smoking on the property. You can have friends once in a while being mindful that this is not a party house. You should have something like a 9 am-5 pm job where you are away for work.
