1 fully furnished Bedroom (I have a 2nd spare bedroom that I use for storage that I could make some extra space in if you need), 1 full bath (to yourself), parking, fenced-in back yard, front porch, back patio, washer & dryer, nice kitchen.

I’m a USMC Veteran who works full-time and goes to school full-time, so I stay pretty busy. I have 2 big hound dogs who are very loving, fixed, and house trained. They don’t tear stuff up or have accidents in the house. They are super nosey though, so they’ll always want to know what you’re doing. I keep the house very tidy (a bit OCD about it) and I don’t throw parties or have guests over. No drugs, but I do have a drink here and there. I don’t have much free time outside of work and school, but when I do, I’m usually doing something with the dogs, cleaning, baking, or decorating the house. I’m huge into seasonal decorating, so the house always looks super festive! I’m protective of my home and my dogs, so I prefer that you not have guests over.
