Scott and Stacia's room

Fully furnished downstairs bedroom, with king bed, small closet, one dresser, two end tables, TV, microwave and mini refrigerator. A TV stand, coffee table, room divider, towels, blankets, sheets are available(as needed). Full separate bathroom. Large storage space. Shared areas are the Laundry room(downstairs), and Kitchen (upstairs). Baby gate blocking stairway so animals are kept upstairs. Fully fenced backyard. Driveway for cars. Quiet neighborhood.

A couple with two Labrador retrievers and a bearded dragon. Looking for an animal friendly person as the dogs will bark when entering the house. One roommate currently goes to WSU full time and the other works Mon to Fri full time. We are early risers and do not stay up late. We don’t like to party and instead usually fill our weekends with binging TV or playing video games. We keep to ourselves and just do our own thing typically. We keep the common areas clean and would expect the same from you. Overall we are looking for someone to stay for at least 3 months to a year or so. Not looking for anyone permanent. We would prefer a non-smoker. We would require a roommate agreement to signed as well as terms of being a tenant.
