I’ve got a dog-friendly 4BR house in Ventura (Montalvo area) and have a room coming available:

Looking for 1 single person for the small room to make it 5 people total…we are considering small and medium sized dogs only - up to around 20lb or so.

*Avail Dec 28th - Small Bedroom: - $1250 w/street parking (10’ x 9’ + closet)

House is at the end of a cul-de-sac and feels pretty private.

• Pool (unheated so really it’s more just for looking at til it gets warmer)
• Jacuzzi (heats up fast!)
• Backyard w plenty of space for doggos
• Private-ish Living Room + Storage Area (There are 2 living rooms in the home, so you’ll share one living + storage area w 2 others - plenty of space for your stuff if you have furniture or need room to store some boxes etc)
• 2 Refrigerators (you’ll share a large full-size fridge w 2 others)
• Washer/Dryer
• Unfurnished (despite the pics - the pics are the staging photos from before we bought the house - it looks different now)
• Share full bath with 2 people
• 2.5 Baths total in the house, so there’s always a bathroom free
• ALL utilities Included (1GBps High Speed Wi-Fi + trash + electric + water + gas + YT Premium + basic renters insurance)
• No garage access, sorry. It’s being turned into an ADU.

Month to month lease. Short-term or longer-term (6-12 months) are both okay.
