My home is located in a quiet neighborhood right off Cedar Ave on the south end of Apple Valley. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I currently have a nice queen size bed in the room but it can be removed as well. Your welcome to paint in there as well. The bathroom is just finishing up being renovated as well
