Looking for a non-smoking progressive female (non-MAGA) to share my peaceful home located in NE San Antonio, off 1604 and Nacogdoches Road. Home sits next to Comanche Lookout Park. 🏠 Bedroom is unfurnished. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open design. Entire house has wonderful natural light. Private bathroom has shower/tub combo. ❤️The backyard is an oasis having a screened in porch and cascading water stream with large swings to relax in next to the stream. 🔐 Security gate to property. 💡Utilities are split (water, gas, and internet). Water & electricity bills tend to be on lower side compared to neighbors. 🐈‍⬛Have a very affectionate chihuahua so must be pet-friendly. Home has an eclectic/boho vibe.

I am a homeowner seeking progressive female (non-MAGA) to co-exist while respecting each other’s boundaries and a nice, clean environment. My days start with sipping tea on the porch and include daily walk in Comanche Lookout Park and/or workout at the gym. After living in Hawaii for 20 years, as a landlocked San Antonian, I landscaped my backyard with a cascading stream (happy to send link to videos), screened in porch, walking path, and solid wrought iron swings for relaxing by the stream. I love nature and never tire of watching feathered friends come and go. I balance time with friends with quiet time.
