The Apartment complex is called The Addison at Sandy Springs and is located within Sandy Springs, GA. It is a safe quiet community. I’ve personally lived here going on three years and enjoy it. The unit is on the top floor so there is no noise coming from other units. The apartment setup is roommate style, the two rooms are separated by the common area. Bathroom with granite countertops is inside of the room for rent.

I’m a quiet individual naturally but even more with studies coming up, so I am looking for another drama free professional individual who can respect that you are living with a student. I do have one dog that lives with me (11 year old Standard Schnauzer) who is friendly. No other pets welcomed. The room will include the access to kitchen/fridge/washer and dryer usage. I already have high speed internet running that will be made available. The rent includes all utilities and internet.
