Daisy's room

$390 Cozy Room for rent in Harlandale neighborhood. It’s a two story house of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bills included and internet, shared kitchen, access to washer and dryer and you get own refrigerator. The room for rent is downstairs and has its own bathroom that is shared with guests. Roommate gets street parking. Place would be perfect for someone trying to save up money and is looking for something temporary before they find a long term place.

Both rooms upstairs are occupied by 3 young adults and that share bathroom upstairs. A cat and tiny chihuahua also spend majority of time upstairs.

We all work a rotating schedule but usually someone is always at the house keeping to themselves. On weekend nights we all watch any current shows trending on streaming services and share dinner, roommate is welcome to join.

Our last roommate is graduating nursing school and moving out we are going to miss her. The room will be cleared out, bed can be furnished if needed.

Daisy: Currently pregnant and due in March hoping roommate is okay with that.

Rob: Working a lot and occasionally playing video games down stairs in the living room.

Ashley: Loves spoiling her chihuahua and binging tv while sipping on margaritas on days off in her room.

Moona (cat): Master of the house.

Mini (chihuahua): Loves snacks!
