Large room, walk-in closet, own bathroom, yard, pool, close to shopping, beach, etc. Corner lot, off street parking. Still fixing some things after hurricane Ian around front and backyard, but swimming pool has new enclosure with grill and pool toys and floats. Room is fully furnished, queen bed, dressers, mirror. common kitchen and livingroom area. Bedroom is cable ready, just needs being turned on. I’m semi retired. Pics of things in walk in closet will be removed once someone rents. I’m quiet, always respectful and courteous and appreciate the same. This is not a party house at all.
