I have a gorgeous room for rent in Brea in a freshly newly remodeled home with a private bathroom. Cedar lining closet, new air conditioning and heat, parking available and very quiet home. No pets nor children allowed. Single person only. Non smoker/non drinker. Zero drama and no overnight guests. The house has 2000 sq ft and is very comfortable size wise. Kitchen amenities are available. It has a huge backyard also for meditating and peaceful living.

I am a self employed business woman, who is either sleeping, gone working or working from home. I don’t smoke nor drink and am a Conservative, Christian woman. I have one dog she is 9 years old-a Chinese Shar Pei. She is either in my room or with me at all times. I am extremely clean, responsible, peaceful and need the renter to be the same way. I like people that are chill, clean and respectful as I am the same way. I would expect you to treat my property as if it were your own. We are all adults, I’m not here to babysit nor micromanage anyone. My home was just recently rebuilt after a fire on June 5th, 2021, so I’m extremely clean. Everything was gutted and built new, so I’d like to keep it in pristine condition after all the work that was put into my sanctuary.
