No pets nor children allowed. Single person only. Non- smoker/non -drinker. Zero drama and no overnight guests. The house has 2000 sq ft and is very comfortable size wise. Kitchen amenities are available. It has a huge backyard also for meditating and peaceful living. The rent is $1500 with a security deposit of $1500.

I am a self employed fitness trainer and an interpreter. I don’t smoke nor drink and am a Christian woman. I have one dog he is a 3 year old Chinese Shar Pei. He is either in my room or with me at all times. I am extremely clean, responsible, peaceful and need the renter to be the same way. I like people that are chill, clean and respectful. I would expect you to treat my property, as if it were your own. My home was just recently remodeled. It has brand new appliances, plumbing, air-conditioning, roof, etc. I treat the home like a sanctuary.
