Looking to split rent with someone, half and half 2 bedrooms one and a half bath, I’m willing to cooperate with whatever your desires for boundaries and space are im just happy to have a place to stay lol

I’m a 17 year old male, I’m emancipated which gives me rights as a legal adult i work full time and I have no family. I really need someone to move in to help pay the rent but also because I don’t handle being completely alone very well, please be upfront about your comfort level I’m willing to stay out of each other’s way but I would like someone who will at least hold a conversation occasionally
