About the room
The area is 20 minutes from boulder and 30 to Denver. It’s a cute little place in louisville right next to the Main Street and little town. The house is furnished but the room will be unfurnished unless you would like to buy some of the furniture. There’s a ton of light that comes in through the house and there is a washer and dryer in the house!
About the roomies
One roommate is Katy who is a 23 year old female yoga teacher and artist. She is super nice and cool. The other roommate is a male, Fynn who works at a solar company and is also very nice!
