Single family home. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Two-lane driveway. In a quiet neighborhood in Grandview, MO. 20 minutes to downtown KC.

Three living here now. 27 year old graduate student, his 37 year old cousin, and 54 year old mother who may leave soon. Quiet people. No drug use other than alcohol moderately. No loud parties. One dog and one cat. No additional dogs allowed, indoor/outdoor cat would be considered (we have a dog door, so any cat would likely go outside).
