Shamrock Drive

We are looking to rent one of the bedrooms in our basement. . There is no kitchen in the basement so we are looking for someone who does not do any cooking. But we can provide a microwave and mini refrigerator. We can also provide a Queen size bed and mattress as well. We are looking for someone who is professional. We will need a background check before move in. There is a full bath in the basement as well. We have not decorated them room yet but we could before you move or you could do it as per your needs.

We are an Indian family of four me, my wife and our two kids. We will mostly be upstairs and won’t disturb you but basement will be a shared space and our kids will play there sometimes.
