HEB, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, medical, car washes and fast food are all within 1 mile. Month to month lease is OK with 90 day minimum stay. Requirements are Non cigarette smoker (inside or outside) or vaping and No dogs or cats, other pets may be considered, single female only (no couples) and over 40 is a plus. (we love animals but decided to be pet free after our dogs and cat aged out) Amenities in room include: 10ft ceilings, wi-fi ceiling fan/light with remote, blackout curtains, wall mounted TV, in room microwave, coffee maker, water dispenser, portable room heater & 7 cu ft mini-fridge. (you provide your own water for water dispenser.) Towels, pillows and bed sheets/ comforter included. New mattress queen bed nightstand and two dressers. The bathroom has new faucets and the taller ADA toilet with soft close lid, shower/tub with curved shower curtain and rod. Bedroom door has keyless lock for your privacy when not here. Laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags from Sams Club are stored in laundry room and are provided free of charge for personal use. Basically, this bedroom is set up like a well appointed hotel room. This bedroom is upstairs in front of house, husband and wife home owners live downstairs in back of house. Convienient street parking directly in front of house in Cul-De-Sac. Common areas downstairs include Laundry Room, Dining Room, Office with printer and well appointed Kitchen with 2022 GE Cafe appliances, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Refrigerator is a 2022 LG french door, two drawer 30 cu ft with dual ice makers. Kitchen also has a rice cooker, air fryer, slow cooker and Vita-Mix blender. Kitchen is 24/7 for those nite owls who snack. Washer and dryer are 2022 GE Profile wi-fi models so you can monitor status on phone. Space in the kitchen refrigerator and pantry will be allocated for your use. No cleaning fees or service fees of any kind. Rent is all bills paid and includes internet, no cable. The house front entry door and back doors are Keyless lock for easy 24/7 access. The house has dual HVAC meaning upstairs and downstairs have separate heating and cooling. We control downstairs and Guest can control upstairs via thermostat or phone App (Ecobee Wi-Fi thermostats)
