East Roosevelt Street

I am looking for someone to sublease my Roosevelt Point studio. It is in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, on the 7th floor, 520 square feet, 10-foot ceilings, with a beautiful view and a patio. For reference, my couch is 92 inches long and I have a Queen-sized bed on a platform. There are 3 elevators in the North building. It is a gated community with a good variety of students and families, as well as having patrolling security at night. Pets welcome.

There are two gyms available, two pools, a tanning bed, free printing in the computer room, a study room with whiteboards and a projector, two community kitchens, and four BBQ grills. The rent already includes energy, water, internet, wifi, cable, sewage, trash, and maintenance. In-unit there is a washer and a dryer, two closets, one of them walk-in, brand new appliances(including microwave and dishwasher), a pantry, a shower and a bathtub. I did not apply for a parking spot I park on the street but there are plenty available, it would add $70 to your monthly rent.

There is a coffee shop right underneath that stays open 24 hours on the weekends, and an incredible variety of restaurants within walking distance that stay open late. First Fridays happen every first Friday of every month, and you get to enjoy and support local businesses, food trucks, music, and art. I loved living here, but I need a place that accommodates both me and my girlfriends needs further north. You would be taking over the lease entirely, it would be under your name. There is a one-time fee of $200 in order to switch the names on the lease and it would be great if we could split it.
