Maddie's room

This house is super cute! There is a large fenced in yard and a wrap around porch. Your room would be across from mine. It is a bit on the smaller side and the room does not have a closet. There are no closets in the house. The house does not have central heating. It has a wall heater/ac in the living area. So you will want to keep your door open most of the time to get heat. The rooms get really cold when you keep the door shut. The bathroom is big it has two showers and two sinks. The kitchen has a big fridge and an electric oven and stove top. There is no dishwasher or microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer just off the kitchen. The living area is large and will be mostly furnished. However the bedroom is not furnished. The driveway is small and really only has room for two cars. The street is narrow so there is not much space to park on the street either. The house has wood floors and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. We would split water, trash, electricity, and wi-fi. Yard maintenance is included in the rent and comes every two months. You would also have to pass a background test and pay the landlord $850 for the security deposit.
