Very large closet and very large private bedroom in the back of a house with a view of the large backyard. Fire pit outside for relaxing. Close to everything! Just a few blocks from the square. I am willing to take $495/month for the room (even though the actual rent is $800/month)! If you want to use my furnishings, I will need to charge full price of $800/month, just as “insurance” against any accidental damage.

Three very chill but also hard working girls living in house already, all of which are seniors. House is fully furnished. Again this price is for unfurnished room, but I can leave my furnishings for temporary use while the house is being rented, but will need to charge $800/month.
