This room is in an affordable three bed/one bathroom apartment located on the first floor. It is located near Oak Square in Brighton, MA close to the 501 Express and 57 bus lines and bordering Cambridge, Newton and Allston.

Room comes with a free off street parking space. Roommate will be expected to pay share of gas, electric and internet utilities. No pets are allowed by the landlord.

Your roommates will be Ben and Colin. Ben and Colin are 33 and 32 respectively and have been fabulous roommates in the time I’ve lived here. Both frequently travel for work, so you would usually have the place to yourself during the week. Both are talented amateur musicians and play guitar on occasion.
