About the room
The apartment is located off Chinden and Glenwood, it’s near Walmart, Albertsons, Fred Meyer, and the post office. There’s a gym, pool, and hot tub available for guest use. Parking is pretty good for residents and guests. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of us, it’s a 3 bed 2 bath. We’re also located near the green belt, and have a small dog park connected to the complex!
About the roomies
My name is Dani, I’m 21 and go to BSU, I enjoy cooking, crafts, and antiquing! The other roommate is Lynn, (22) she works full time, and enjoys gaming, art, music and cool stuff like that. Neither of us mind if you have a cat or a dog, but you will have to take care of the deposit, fee and monthly payment for it! I am slightly allergic to cats, but it’s not a huge deal. We both are looking for someone who’s LGBT+ friendly note rent may not be accurate currently it’s $653 a month w/o utilities but it looks like it’ll go down!*
