The current rent on this apartment is $1550 and after fees and service charges it comes to about $1700 per month. The water bill is billed and included in the $1700. If you were to sign a lease starting today the rate for this apartment is $160 more than the above pricing!!! This is a steal and by taking over my lease you are grandfathered in at this rate!!! Hurry this place will go fast.

This is a 1 bed 1 bath Washer and dryer in the unit. With a covered parking spot. The apartment is located on the West side of the complex with a lake view.

The only thing extra you would pay is the eclectic bill and internet bill if you chose to have it added. I used Cox and had no issues. The electric bill is about $80-$100 in the winter and $120-$150 in the summer.

I just accepted a new job and need to relocate by January 1st. I received permission from the leasing office to list my apartment and have someone take over my lease. The lease ends May 31st. I am looking to have someone move in by Jan 1st. If interested please give me a call or text.

The process of taking over my lease is as follows. You will pay me $500 to have my name taken off the lease. We go to the leasing office and you go through the standard application process with a leasing agent. Deepening on your credit they may require a down payment and first and last months rent. After all of that you will take over my lease. You will be accepting the apartment as is.
