I am leaving due to personal reasons and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The roommate is a elementary teacher who loves to go out and is always gone. She is very friendly and pretty easy going. In addition, the neighbors are friendly as well. I have gone do lunch with a few of the neighbor.
