Hello! The apartment is at cooks pointe in Marysville, Ohio. It’s a 2 bedroom - very clean and you’d have your own bathroom directly across from your own bedroom that has ample closets! Everything would be included in rent such as internet, cable tv, heat hot water and the works.

I am very new to the area - I’m originally from CT born and raised, but for the passed 6 years I lived on Long Island, NY. I basically moved here for easier cost of living - if you know anything about NY, you’ll understand haha. People here are very quiet, there’s a lot of neighbors I noticed that have dogs and everyone is so friendly. There are a lot of places to walk around to, and a beautiful pond with a fountain and grill (might want to save that for the summer months it’s getting cold) lol Great community - I couldn’t be happier here - just have a large place and would like to share it with the right person! I’m very clean, respectable of privacy and I work alot at Honda, so im not around all the time lol. I also keep to myself - I don’t expect us to have dinner together every night haha and you’re more than welcome to have your friends over. Uhmmm the living room has a large TV that you are more than welcome to enjoy, with a couch and coffee table. As I said, I’m very new here so I’m still buying more and more amenities to furnish the apartment better like bar stools for the kitchen, but I have all the basics we can share!
