This is a rental house. It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath. All hard wood floors, PLENTY of CLOSET SPACE! Also a basement perfect for either storage/work out room. We have small land but enough to say we have some and across the street is our own private pier that sits on the Housatonic River! Have fun in the sun! We have a fenced in patio great for small gatherings. I have 2 loving pups! So, must be okay with animals. Must have a reliable Job. This is a beautiful space and need renter ASAP! Move-in ready with atleast 2 week notice.

As if right now, my other roommate is going to be leaving in 2 months. If you’re ready to move in now just need 2,800$ to move her out. That would be the months rent and your security deposit. I’m a lesbian woman and as mentioned have 2 lovable pups! The house comes furnished minus your room. I’m easy going, communication is all it takes to get things in order. I’ll mind my own business and I work a lot so hardly hear from me. Treat people how you wish to be treated is all I can ask for.
