Less than 10 minutes to I-4 and less than ten to twenty mins from two Malls, Universal Studios, Walmart, and Publix. Features include: Sundeck Courtyard, On-site Pool, Grill & Picnic Areas, walking path, Laundry Facilities, Fitness Center & Maintenance on site.
Rent is due on the 1st but by end of day on the 3rd of each month by 11:59PM EST. Built in 1984. Two floors only. Ample parking.

About the Apartment This is a One-bedroom apartment (Shared) with 2 bathrooms. This will be you and me as roommates sharing the one bedroom apartment sharing the cost - so that both of us will be saving a lot of money each 😊. Apt is on 2nd floor corner end with no neighbor below us. Apartment features include: Living room with futon bed & air bed, main bathroom with walk in shower, Kitchen (with microwave, oven range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) dining room, the one master bedroom comes with jacuzzi jetted style tub & a half bathroom. Carpet/tile in the bedroom. Central Air Conditioning & Heating and Tile Floors.

Smoking: I don’t smoke cigarettes. If you do that’s fine that can be done outside the apartment, not inside. 420 friendly: I’m cool with it. If you do or don’t that is cool with me. Drinking: I do drink. I would prefer a roomie who like to have drinks. NO SOBER / NON DRINKERS. RACE/ETHICITY: I do not care. it does not matter. About Myself: I’m a black guy but mixed (Mom is mixed white/blk and Dad is black). I have younger (dad side) and older siblings(moms side). I work Full Time M-F 8 to 5pm, Im off nights and weekends. Single. No kids. No pets. I can cook. I’m thoughtful when it comes to my other roommate. I’m chill. I’m not much into clubbing anymore, it’s been years, but I am not opposed to bars or clubs here and there. I love DVDs and going to the movies. I love horror movies, sci-fi movies, Marvel and DC comic movies. I have a great collection of DVDs here at the apartment over 400 dvds & blurays. I’m open minded. Again I’m not here to judge. I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly. Bi curious here myself. So like I said I’m not here to judge. When I’m not working -I like being a homebody most of the time. I like to entertain my few close friends (< than 5 - like 3 or 4 buddies) over for drinks, movies (marvel, horror, Syfy, action, comedy etc.) cards (spades, rummy, Tunk, etc.), music, YouTube videos, DVDs and just laughing and hanging out. I work the dayshift I love all types of music. I’m easy to get along with and to get to know. I pay my bills on time. Long as we pay the bills, we clean and split the grocery bill, be cool and honest with each other and I show you respect and you show me respect and we both use common sense and love to laugh and joke around and not take offense all the time. We will be perfect as roomies.
