Rent is due on the 1st but by end of day on the 3rd of each month. NO KIDS. NO BABY MAMA DRAMA. One shared bedroom apartment with 2 baths (1 shower & 1 jet jacuzzi style tub). Rent $700 and Deposit about $150.00. Tile flooring, Living room, Kitchen -microwave, dishwasher, dining room. Carpet is in the one bedroom. NO COUPLES.

I work FT M-F, off nights and weekends. single. no kids. No pets. I can cook. I’m thoughtful when it comes to my other housemate. I’m chill. I’m not much into clubbing anymore, it’s been years. I love DVDs and going to the movies. I love horror movies, sci-fi movies, Marvel and DC comic movies I’m open minded. I’m not here to judge. When I’m not working. I like being a homebody most of the time. I like to entertain my few close friends (< than 5 - like 2 or 3) over for drinks, cards (spades, rummy, Tunk, etc.), movies, music, YouTube videos, DVDs and just laughing and hanging out. I work the dayshift I love all types of music. I’m very open minded, I don’t judge & I’m not here to just. I’m cool with LGBTQ+. I’m easy to get along with and to get to know. I pay my bills on time. I’m looking for a roommate at least 18 to 35-ish yrs. old. That is either a student and or a full-time employee somewhere or a combination of the two.
